Blackbird Productions is an independent theatre company based in Melbourne dedicated to producing and managing high quality theatrical productions and experiences for audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

• bring a broad range of theatrical genres to life including dance, well-loved plays and off-broadway musicals. They successfully take new and unknown Australian works and talent and brand these into a nationally recognisable first class product.
• tour shows to metropolitan and regional venues nationally allowing these audiences to enjoy the same opportunities to experience first class theatrical productions as those in our capital cities.
• assist companies or individuals seeking support in all facets of creating a theatrical production or event.
• provide guidance and advice through to hands-on involvement in creating a production or event from the ground-up. This includes but not limited to budgeting, project timelines, travel and accommodation logistics, OH&S, Risk management, technical production and stage management and supplying trained professional supportive staff.
